Playing card and online casino games have recently come to the internet but the history of card games is very rich. Until now, there is a debate about when the first card games appeared at the online casinos, who was the author of this wonderful idea and – the most important question – how card games online have received such a phenomenal success that we see today? According to the historians, card games originated in China where paper was invented. In the 14th century cards appeared in the Middle East, and the latest card games were brought to Europe. Arab images on the cards, such as swords and cups were turned into the images of the King, Queen, Jack and Ace.
It is easy to guess that the playing cards online have the same basis and origin as the usual card games. Most of the games, both online and traditional casino ones, are played with a deck of 52 cards. All card images are divided into spades, hearts, diamonds and crosses. The value of the card is determined by the numerical designation on it – from 1 to 10 – or on the image: Ace, King, Queen, Jack. But not all card games have a standard deck. Some games require a special card – the Joker.
