The fourth day of the 2011 World Series of Poker Main Event has wrapped up, with 378 of the original 6,865 entrants remaining. The bubble has burst, some big names have fallen and we have a new chip leader. Read on for all the latest WSOP Main Event updates, from the Rio in Vegas.

WSOP Event #58 – $10,000 No Limit Holdem Championship Event Day 4 of the 2011 WSOP Main Event ended with Manoj Viswanathan in the chip lead, as the only player to break the two million mark. The little known Viswanathan has only one major poker tournament cash to his name, when he finished 25th in a Latin American Poker Tour back in 2008.

Second in chips and just short of the two million mark is Sam Barnhart, who won the WSOP Circuit National Championship event back in May, shortly before securing his first ever WSOP cash at this years Series.

There are plenty of notable names at the head of the 2011 WSOP Main Event chip counts after the completion of Day 4, such as Lars Bonding (6th, with 1,813,000 in tournament chips), Day 1A chip leader Fred Berger (18th, with 1,354,000), J P Kelly (19th, with 1,332,000 ), Ben Lamb (21st, with 1,268,000) and David Bach (29th, with 1,142,000).

Our highest placed lady at the moment is former Bodog sponsored pro Amanda Musumeci, who is currently in 26th position with a stack of 1,064,000 tournament chips, while the highest ranked British player is little known English player Sam Holden, whose previous best live score came on the UK & Ireland Poker Tour, when he collected £3,550 for winning a short handed No Limit Holdem Event. The WSOP Main Event first prize of $8,711,956 would completely eclipse his score that day!

Patrik Poirier, who was the first player to hit the one million chips mark and who led the WSOP Main Event field into Day 3 is still alive, though his seven figure stack has been reduced to just 400,000. This is Poiriers first time in the WSOP Main Event and he is loving every minute of it.

Poirier, who sits in 114th place ahead of Day 5, said: It’s been great so far. It’s gone really, really well.”

A couple of big name poker players for whom the 2011 WSOP Main Event ride hasnt been so great, are Phil Hellmuth and Vanessa Rousso. Hellmuth, who has been in terrific form at this 42nd annual World Series of Poker, has never been able to get going during the Main Event and eventually bit the dust short of the money on Day 4, as his pocket threes were no good against the flopped pair of queens of Martin de Knijff.

Rousso on the other hand, had very much got into the groove during the 2011 Main Event and had worked her stack up to well in excess of a million chips. She was threatening to continue running her table into the ground, until she lost three massive pots in double quick time all to David Bach and found herself finishing in 511th place, for a score of $23,876.

The likes of Humberto Brenes, Jeff Lisandro and Jeff Madsen all joined Hellmuth in busting short of the money, while big names like Josh Tieman, Chris Bjorin, Ben Roberts, Todd Brunson and Antony Lellouche all busted after the money bubble had burst.

The unfortunate soul that finished right on the bubble was Reza Kashani of California, who was knocked out by 2010 November Niner Joseph Cheong. Cheong held a set of queens while Kashani had nothing but a missed straight draw, but it wasnt all misery for Kashani, whose consolation prize for being the Bubble Boy is a free ticket to the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event!

Cheong is still in contention for a slice of the whopping $64,531,000 prize pool, along with the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, Erick Lindgren and Freddy Deeb.
